In case of authorized or any un-authorized access to your Microlifeline account, MicroIAS sends SMS to
your mobile number (registered with Microlifeline) and also an email, which
contains details like IP address and the timings of access.
You can keep your account blocked and open whenever needed to ensure security
and privacy of your account. Send following SMS to block and open
your account respectively and you will receive confirmation for both.
To prevent un-authorized access to your Microlifeline account:

| How to avail MicroIAS service to Microlifeline Account? | | After login to Microlifeline, Go to Settings >> Notification, select Login Alert by SMS or/and Email. So next time onwards whenever you login to Microlifeline you will receive an sms or/and email with IP address and the timings of access. In case of an un-authorized access one can block the account sending sms in above mentioned format. |
